1 General Introduction

2.2 Restriction on Minors

Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the services on babu asthi. If a minor's registration is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and any funds held will be forfeited.

3 Account Management

Each member is solely responsible for the security of their own account. Members must refrain from sharing login details (username and password) with any third party.

• Keep your password strong and change it regularly.

• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network is prohibited.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep accurate contact information on their account.

3.1 Account Funds

Funds held in a member's account are reserved for gaming purposes. The account balance is a non-interest-bearing virtual wallet — no interest, profit, or investment return applies. babu asthi keeps members' funds separate from its own business funds.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following mobile banking methods can be used to complete transactions on babu asthi:

• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, babu asthi reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

6 Game Rules

All games on babu asthi are operated through the engines of licensed game software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and Spribe). Each game's outcome is controlled by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and is entirely impartial.

6.1 Casino Games

• The results of all games, including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and Teen Patti, shall be considered final.
• If a game result is affected by a technical error, babu asthi reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a disconnection, the system will determine the result based on the last known state of the game.

6.2 Sports Betting

7 Prohibited Activities

• Unforeseen external events (force majeure), such as natural disasters or legal obligations.

Members participate in gaming activities knowingly and voluntarily, and any financial losses arising from gaming are the member's own responsibility. babu asthi does not guarantee winnings or promise to compensate for losses.

8.1 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please first contact babu asthi through 24/7 live chat or email support. In all dispute-related decisions, the decision of babu asthi shall be considered final, unless a legal remedy applies.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

babu asthi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for any reason. An account may be closed in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Extended period of account inactivity.

9.1 Account Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request the closure of their account at any time.
